Tributes & Memories

Robert. Although our paths only crossed officially in 2018, from the first conversation it was like we had known each other for years and I believe it was by the third day of working together you declared we were now best friends. You lived it to the fullest my man and I will cherish the times we shared forever and will miss you terribly. Go well my friend. Thoughts and love to his family and friends.

I first met Rob at the start of my career over 10 years ago, and right away he was taking the piss, which actually made all the first job pressure disappear and left me laughing instead. He had a gift of bringing fun into the workplace and then being the life of the party after hours. A true one-of-a-kind spirit. Years later we reunited in Bansko, and it was like no time had passed, the same energy, the same good vibes.

I’ll always remember you with a smile Rob, and will remind myself to live life as fully and brazenly as you did.

Sending love and strength to his family and friends.

Robe, you’ve been nothing but a true and loyal friend.
From growing up together to chasing life across countries. Through every laugh, every mess, every ridiculous adventure,
you were there. Solid, real, and always ready to have a laugh and through it all we stayed tight!

I’ll never forget the crazy, funny, insane, wild moments we created.
They’re stitched into me.

One day, I’ll sit with my sons and tell them about you, about the legend, the loyalty, the laughter, the friendship.

Never forgotten. Always remembered.
The motherfucking Robe.

Robe my brother, you are the best example of how one should live their life on this earth. There has rarely been a week that goes by where I do not have some heartfelt memory of you from the passed 17 years. I am forever grateful to have had your presence in my life and will always remember to live like Robe because of it. I am deeply saddened by your loss but find comfort in that you were able to spend your final moments with family and surrounded by the people who love you the most. One of the very few photos I have of us pretty much explaining our friendship, cold suffering but with the biggest smile on our faces. Rest well my friend.

Rob, this still feels so unreal. We miss you so much.

All memories of you that I can think of involve laughter and smiles. You brought such joy and light to the world and all those around you, a truly unique man who will never be forgotten. We we will honour your memory forever by doing our best to learn from you and live life like you.

Rob, we were at Pre school, Prep school and High school together. Fun, happy and full of nonsense.
You will be sorely missed.
